Description of Work
Residential Single-Family Title 24 Services.
Projected Schedule
Draft report delivered within 1 business day after order and submission of a complete set of drawings, or after all questions and RFI’s are answered. Final report and registration delivered within 1 business day of full payment and approval of draft report.
Scope of Work
Provide Title 24 Report in PDF format. Upload, register, and sign Report in State-mandated project database, if required for HERS verification. Transfer of project database (if required) to designated individual/company. Plan check corrections, if required, shall be made at no charge to the owner/designer if originally submitted plans are deemed accurate. Up to three revisions shall be made due to small project modifications at no additional charge if requested BEFORE the project is registered in the State-mandated database. Additional charges may apply due to extensive project revisions or revisions made after the project has been registered in the State-mandated database.
Additional Services and Fees
- Physical delivery per standard shipping rates (upon request only).
- Printing 8 1/2 x 11 $1.00 per sheet (upon request only).
Terms / Refund Policy
- If minor changes in excess of three are made, all changes will be at the rate, per change order, of $80.00 per hour, minimum 1 hour surcharge.
- If major project changes are made, all changes will be at the rate, per change order, of $80.00 per hour, minimum 1 hour surcharge, not to exceed the standard rate for a new project.
- If changes to the Title 24 Report are requested after completion and registration of the report, all changes will be at the rate, per change order, of $80.00 per hour, minimum 1 hour surcharge.
- If the Building Department has Title 24 plan check comments, the Title 24 Report will be changed at no additional cost to the owner/designer.
- All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Products are delivered via email unless requested otherwise.
- If we find that you never received the Title 24 Report, we will process a refund request, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
- Owner/designer shall verify accuracy of draft report prior to registration in the State-mandated database.
- Hummingbird Energy Services shall assume absolutely no responsibility for cost impacts of schedule delays.

Exclusions
Not included in the services offered are Title 24 Reports for units in excess of one single family residence, visits to the project site, printing of any kind, graphic design of logos or modification, physical delivery of any items, permit fees, engineering, HERS certification, installation reports, or any and all items not specifically listed above.
