- Year the Original House was Built
- Existing and Proposed Floor Plans (or existing areas clearly shown on “Proposed” Floor Plans)
- Existing and Proposed Conditioned Square Footage for each floor
- Information on existing and proposed Heating, Cooling, and Domestic Hot Water Systems
